Hi RSBAC folks! 1.0.7 for 2.1.131 will be out soon - as soon as I found and fixed the reason for some disk access hangs. These only happen under moderate or big load, as soon as I use the new rsbac_check function that checks for data inconsistency. Disabling attibute write to disk during checks might be a work-around, but is no solution. If someone is interested in having a look at the current state, tell me, and I will create a pre-diff. BTW, attribute inheritance is implemented for some attributes, but the ACL model won't make for this release. Instead, *the* ultimate ;) role based model is about to be created, giving 64 roles, 64 data types per target type, compatibility definitions between roles and types, role changing between certain roles, etc. The best part: nearly everything will be configurable by all people in those roles that got a label 'may_configure_roles'. On top of this, there will be an ACL model (maybe not in 1.0.8), using ACLs at all possible targets. The ACL entries will be based on roles and uids as subjects and RSBAC request types as rights.
