Hi RSBAC folks! The current RSBAC status compared to 1.0.7 is as follows: Kernel: - alpha support nearly finished, currently tested and bugfixed by Shaun Savage - New checks in rsbac_check, and a device sync before checking - Attribute writes to disk are always O_SYNCed - why did I leave that out? - Stability is getting near my quite high expectations - as long as I don't mount partitions under high load (no idea why). Tools: - Recursive attr_set_fd - at last did it. The next sub-version 1.0.7a containing this and some more fixes will come out as soon as 2.1.132 is out, I got RSBAC ported and the alpha version is reported stable by Shaun. The road mark in the WWW docs for 1.0.8 still holds, I just want to get the base system as good as possible before adding this huge amount of features. If you have general questions or comments, please send them to this list rather than to my e-Mail to let others participate. That's what lists are for, aren't they? Still, if you are too shy to use the list, mails are always welcome... ;) BTW: Is anyone using the mailing list archive, or can I stop maintaining it?
