Hi RSBAC folks!

Since I didn't get any reports about good or bad RSBAC 1.0.8-preX  
behaviour, I will wait at least another week before releasing 1.0.8. This  
will probably be the pre5 version for 2.2.3, which has been uploaded  
yesterday.

With 1.0.8 coming out the RSBAC homepage will move to
http://www.compuniverse.com/rsbac, where it will hopefully stay for a few  
years. That site is currently under reconstruction, but most of RSBAC is  
accessible. The old URL will get a pointer to the new one.
