The problem magically disappeared when I ported to 2.2.0-pre6.

Changed background a bit, each module can now decide whether it wants a  
file to be securely deleted. FF behaves as above, PM requests all personal  
data files to be overwritten.

As far as I have tested, this seems to work well.

There is now a rsbac-patch-2.2.0-pre6-1.0.7a-pre3.gz in the pre-dir at
ftp://agn-www.informatik.uni-hamburg.de/people/1ott/rsbac/pre

Please test that one and report! I want to release 1.0.7a soon... :)
