Hi folks!

After a long time the next official release is out there. Changed from  
1.0.9-pre6:
- Changed and corrected rsbac_check - did nobody notice the system hangs?
- Added full list locking at attribute read time. This should fix the hang  
on boot problem on SMP.

Please pull the emergency break, if something important goes wrong in this  
version. I will hold back the big announce for a few days, to be sure.
