Hi all! 1.0.9b-pre2 is uploaded. - Support for kernels 2.2.11 - 2.2.14, 2.3.42 - 2.3.47 - 32 Bit Uid/Gid support, therefore... - New binary attribute layout with automatic update: Please disable writing, if you don't want your old attributes to be overwritten. - User and program based logging with request granularity. - MAC levels 0-252 instead of 0-3, plus old inherit, rsbac_internal - AUTH capabilities now support ranges, e.g. uids 500-9999999 - For syscall number reasons you have to recompile and reinstall admin tools, if switching between 2.2.x and 2.3.xx and vice versa. Otherwise all versions are fully compatible. - Please give it a good try - this is nearly release candidate, only support for other archs is still to be added / changed. - If somebody of you has an SMP system, I would really appreciate feedback and debugging help. RSBAC does not access data on unmounted filesystems, so it should be safe to setup a test system on a separate partition.
