Changes to pre2:
- bugfixed patch for 2.4.0-test8
- new patch for 2.4.0-test9
- changed rc_force_role default to rc_inherit_parent - this makes it easy to
   maintain a whole directory of executables with a forced role, e.g. CGI
   scripts. The recursion is terminated with the old default value
   inherit_mixed, so you should see no change in behaviour.
- new rsbac-klogd by Stanislav
- some minor bugfixes

At least on my UP test system 2.4.0-test kernels still do not work in SMP mode
with RSBAC. 2.2.x kernels should be OK. Could SMP owners please verify this?
