This is a warning message in case you already had such things defined and
saved, but they could not be restored.

An example: If you never changed any DEV attribute, the DEV list never got saved
and so never can be read. If you did set something and still get this message,
your system is not working correctly and you need this message to know about
it. Looking into the message, you see the result 'NOTFOUND'.
