If you are going to include openssl then there is at least:

http://www.openssl.org/

And perhaps the apache group via the mod-ssl. But I think both are stretching
it.

There is a project around Washington DC (US) for making linux secure. This
project has a sponsor, but no web site yet. Medusa and lids are not
intended to supporting MLS, the openssl projects only support user level
communication security (could/might be used as part of the Free/SWAN
IPSec project though).

There have been several projects that started for posix.1e compatibility
and discussions on even more. None that I know of have actually come close
to providing a working system.
