Hi RSBAC folks!

1.0.9b has been released to rsbac.org. The official announce to linux- 
kernel etc. will be delayed a few days to give you time to comment.

The package has been split once more to reduce size. Now the patches are  
separated from the rsbac files themselves. Also, there are now bzip2  
versions for kernel tarball and admin tools.

Sorry, Stanislav and Chris, there have been no MAC changes due to missing  
patches. Also, the Russian menu patches could not be applied here, and the  
new menu tarball has not yet arrived.
