Roles and Types cannot be 'deleted', they can just be set to 0. If you set 
the role or type name to "", it will not be shown in the menues any more.

The safe way is to copy an unused role over the one you want to delete. As 
types have no attributes (except secure_delete), setting the name to "" is 
sufficient.

I will add a new option to rc_set_item to clear a role.
