100-200 is probably a lot for the module which I'm working on right now. The 
aci-db which I'm building is storing information about trusted signers.. 
Could one trust that many people? It is possible if you're not suffering from 
any paranoia I guess. But for the normal paranoid guy, 10 would be the limit. 

But for the next module, which is very similar to the ordinary ACL module, 
200 may be small. The ACL will control what an application may do, so if it 
is a complex program, there may be a lot of rules. I do not know yet until I 
actually sit down and look at some programs. I think I'll start with mapping 
out a small distribution like Toms root/boot-disks.

Filter-functions are highly welcome! As well as apply/for_each-functions.
