I've removed support for RAID,LVM,DEV_LOOP,DEV_NBD,DEV_RAM, but the
'lookup_device(): Invalid device 00:05' problem persists :-(

As the messages start while the kernel is initializing, it must not be a
"distribution" problem but a kernel configuration problem.

I'm feeling 'strange' as nobody else seems to have this problem.
