The situation was further confused by the machine I was trying to apply RSBAC to not having a direct FTP/HTTP connection. Also what was downloaded was about 39 K whereas I think the full patch was 239, quick glances did not properly reveal the difference, I have got a bit beyond that now and have actually got the system to load, however things are clearly not correct somewhere since calling rsbac_menu from the secoff account results in a silent failure (completly silent, nothing in syslog either). This is with 2.2.18 with the ext3 patch. When I get a few moments I will strace it and get a better idea what is happening. I suspect an interaction between the two patches but visual inspection reveals no likely suspects. -- Keith Matthews Frequentous Consultants - Linux Services,=20 =09=09Oracle development & database administration - To unsubscribe from the rsbac list, send a mail to majordomo@rsbac.org with unsubscribe rsbac as single line in the body.
