Last Friday, when uploading 1.1.1-pre1, I added a new section 'The first boot' to instadm.htm, where this is repeatedly stated. Please feel free to comment or send in change requests. As /bin/login is also used for remote login via telnet, there must be a way with auth_may_setuid off and some caps, e.g. 500-1000, on. Also, some Linux version might have login in another directory, or with another name. It is mostly a convenience switch, which spares you compiling a main kernel, booting it, setting caps or auth_may_setuid and rebooting into full featured RSBAC.
