I'm curious; how many developers are working on RSBAC in some way?

Sounds like a plan. That would also eliminate the UML-noice for those who 
don't intend to use UML.

I can't handle MS-frontpage very efficiently since I hardly ever use windows.
ftp would work just great for me.
