Hi!

1.1.1-pre1 is getting into shape now.

- FIFO target support seems to work fine.

- Tool internationalization works, but the de translation has not yet been
finished and the ru translation will have to be checked because of FIFO changes

- MAC module awaits an overhaul with significant changes in behaviour. It will
still conform to Bell-LaPadula model afterwards, but should be easier to use.
