Hi!

v1.1.1-pre4 is uploaded to /pre. Most changes are in REG. There are new patches
again for 2.2.18 and 2.4.1.

Also, I have worked on the documentation. I ask all of you who are interested
in building their own decision module to read the new REG document and comment.

Yes, this is another release candidate - I will try to hold back not to
introduce more features now. :)

Note: 2.4.2 kernel patches will follow soon.
