Its still there. I see it on two systems, one UP the other SMP.
Both running RH7. The rsbac_auth_enable_login doesn't help.

maintenance kernel has same problem.

RH7 has many good things, but sometimes you wonder...

I'm not too concerned. Now that 2.4 is out I'm concentrating on that.
