Hello again!

Since pre1 had some problems with 2.2.19 and the patches were still in
progress, I made a pre2.

- Patches for 2.4.2 (2.4.3 does not work with network on my test PC due to
PCNet32 bugs) and 2.2.19

- Works with 2.2.19, but has no separate memory slabs there

- Adds some more access functions for generic lists, e.g. member count

- Includes updated reg_sample3.c

- Does not intercept set_fsuid and set_fsgid any more - these are really DAC
specific and of little interest to RSBAC

- Cleans up request groups for CHANGE_(GROUP|OWNER)

- Please use admin-tools from pre1
