OK, all *.gz and *.bz2 files in /code, /pre and /patches/v1.1.1 now also have a
.pgpcert file. I added a link to my pubkey in /code/index.htm, it is the same
old file you got from the contact page.

If you want, we can certainly make a key signing party out of it - just sign my
key and send it back to me.
