Hi to you! So far, all problems I had reported for this version were minor compiling or understanding problems and a problem with rm -r hangs. Compiling: - include of sys/types.h in syscalls.c made trouble: Throw it out. It's a leftover from 1.0.3... - quotaops.h complained about undefined current: Move include of sched.h before include of quotaops.h in aci_data_structures.c and pm_data_structures.h Understanding: - The models. Well, there are descriptions in Documentation/rsbac and on the web page. I know they are not excessive though. - Access to /rsbac dir: This dir is meant to be inaccessible and heavily protected even in maintenance kernels. Everything in here has to be changed by syscalls via admin tools or by proc interface. Hangs: - I have no idea why rm -r on a dir hangs. But I hope to find out. - If lists get too long and the system is under load, it can hang and disable disk accesses. After reset, a fsck is necessary and attribute lists can be corrupted. So rather increase the number of lists in include/rsbac/aci_data_structures.h, if you get 'list to long' messages in syslog. Any other problems? Amon. -- - To unsubscribe ao@morpork.shnet.org (A.
