I haven't had a chance to investigate it in detail, but SGI seems to have released a parallel project to RSBAC as Open Source: http://oss.sgi.com/projects/ob1/index.html It may be worthwhile to see if there is the possiblity for synergy between the two projects so that you don't have an excessive duplication of effort.
