Hello Amon!

Why do you check for R_CHANGE_OWNER in sys_setfsuid() in 2.4.x kernels,
but don't in 2.2.x ones?

We are trying to make TCB work with RSBAC-enabled kernel, and this check
arise a lot of problems...
TCB is an alternative password shadowing scheme (by Rafal Wojtczuk and
Solar Designer). You can find it in Owl (OpenWall Linux) and Sisyphus.
