Hi!

2.4.0-prerelease is now supported. However, due to changes in the kernel
compilation procedures I had to include an old Rules.make file in the rsbac
code dir.

Please apply the patch *after* unpacking the rsbac tar archive, because rsbac
Makefiles are patched, too.
